SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently deliver across the UAE.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order:
- Less than 5 lb: AED 10
- 5 to 10 lb: AED 15
- 10 to 20 lb: AED 20
- Over 20 lb: AED 25
Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 72 hours, depending on your location in the UAE.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom-made and final sale items are non-returnable.
To request a return, please contact our support team at Support@homeflore.com. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Support@homeflore.com with photos of the product. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the return process once it arrives.
